Course Summary
This workshop explores key aspects of working with clients experiencing mild to moderate depression. It includes a review of the signs, symptoms and factors leading to depressive episodes. We explore techniques and approaches we might utilise as counsellors to help support our clients to reduce the impact of depression on their daily life.
Topics Covered
By the end of the course, candidates will have greater awareness and understanding of anxiety as well as skills to support their clients. Topics covered include:

Entry Requirements
Suitable for qualified counsellors or trainee counsellors in year 1 of Level 4 or above.
