We’re introducing a series of single and multiday online CPD workshops covering a variety of topics including: Working with anxiety. depression, grief. gender and sexual diversity, suicidal ideation, risk, self harming behaviours and trauma. Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the official theme is anxiety. Anxiety can be crippling and be triggered by issues that we face every day; financial worries, job insecurity, peer pressure, exam stress, ill health and more. According to the Mental Health Foundation, anxiety is one of the most common health problems we can face. A recent survey carried out by the Foundation about anxiety, stress and hopelessness around personal finances revealed that they felt so anxious that it stopped them from doing the things they want to do some or all the time.
Thanks to a new partnership with The Workshop in Camberley, this month we launched our free counselling service for young job seekers living in the Surrey Heath area.
